Gordon Murray T27 Electric Car unveiled
We first learned that the Gordon Murray T27 Electric Car was heading for an iStream process somewhere in the world back in late 2009. An electric version of the Gordon Murray Design T25 it was designed to be, and has now become, exactly what an electric car should be; a simple to build, uncomplicated people mover for congested urban environments. The perfect way round congested cities – and for three people.
The Guggenheim Museum in New York is selling an original BMW M1 art car to raise funds and to make way for other exhibits. Frank Stella painted the Bavarian supercar in 1979, and it has been part of the Guggenheim collection since 1999. BMW has commissioned many art cars since the program launched in 1975, including another M1 by Andy Warhol and a 3.0 CSL also by Stella.

The last time we had a Ferrari 250 GTO in the news was when we broke the story that Chris Evans had acquired a Ferrari 250 GTO for an undiclosed price (thought to be £12 million +). And, much though it pains us to suggest it, the Ferrari 250 GTO Chris bought was not actually the most desirable of 250 GTOs. For that you’d be looking much closer to £20 million.
